What Makes Wyre Forest Spas Different?​

At Wyre Forest Spas we endeavour to make the process of buying your hot tub as enjoyable as it is using it. We price our hot tubs competitively as all inclusive packages including delivery (excluding a crane), full commissioning, thermal covers, assisted cover lifters (where possible), access steps and chemical starter packs.  We do this to avoid the confusion of adding costs once you've decided on a hot tub and we also feel that by fitting cover lifters where possible it will also give you the best possible experience when using your new hot tub while prolonging the life of your thermal cover.

All of our hot tubs are fully delivered and commissioned by our own in house team of experienced and qualified technicians. We won't leave your home until your hot tub is running and you are happy with the controls, chemicals and use of the hot tub. If you are local to us and you need help planning your installation or organising electricians, ground workers or landscapers we have contractors we can recommend to you who are experienced and well priced.

 

Once your hot tub is installed we are available for ongoing help and assistance via email, phone, video call. Facebook & Whatsapp as well as in person if you wish to drop by our showroom for any face to face advice.

All of our hot tubs are backed up by fantastic manufacturer warranties which are looked after by us 99% of the time, in the unlikely event we cannot attend to your hot tub in a timely manor we will organise a third party technician to attend. Outside of your warranty term we will still be there for you offering our loyal customers the most competitive call out/ repair rates in the industry.
